Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Handyma'am's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.

Services Provided

The Handyma'am provides residential handyman services in the San Antonio, Texas area, including but not limited to:

• Painting and drywall repair
• Electrical fixture installation
• TV mounting and smart home setup
• Furniture assembly
• Plumbing repairs
• Picture hanging and shelving
• General home maintenance

Scheduling and Appointments

• Estimates: Free estimates are provided for most jobs. Actual costs may vary based on project scope.
• Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Access: You must provide access to the work area at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo
• A deposit may be required for large projects or materials purchases
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the services needed
• Ensure the work area is accessible and safe
• Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area
• Inform me of any known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
• Secure pets during service visits
• Notify me immediately of any concerns during or after service

Warranty and Liability

Service Warranty: I stand behind my work. If you're not satisfied with the quality of my service, please contact me within 7 days of completion, and I will work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability: The Handyma'am is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed by the customer
• Issues arising from work performed by others
• Damage to items not properly secured or removed from the work area
• Code violations in existing construction
• Failure of materials provided by the customer

Intellectual Property

All content on The Handyma'am website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Handyma'am and protected by copyright laws. You may not use my content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to my website. Your continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
